Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients:


1 package frozen hash browns

16 ounces sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 cup onion -- chopped

2 cups cheddar cheese -- grated
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place potatoes in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Season with salt and pepper. Mince onions, and together sour cream, and cream of chicken soup. Pour over potatoes; sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese and butter, that you have cut into cubes. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
